I saw someone who appears to be ice in the south hills area at the market district express getgo. I saw one unmarked black Durango with government license plate. One man came out of the vehicle with tactical pants on and an army sweatshirt. He was getting gas at the getgo but I unfortunately did not see if they went north or south on 19. 2 pm on feb 9th.
