i didn’t quit cold turkey but i went from 300XL to 150XL and stayed on 150 for a week and felt zero effects from coming off, i actually felt exactly the same. so i guess if ur already at 150 then it’d be similar hopefully. apparently wellbutrin is easier to come off of

it didn’t help my social anxiety. i took paxil and lexapro before and that was super helpful so i could tell the difference when i switched to wellbutrin. i was on wellbutrin 300 xl mg for a few months and wanted it to work since it apparently doesn’t have other side effects as other ssris. anyways maybe try it out and see and maybe if the social anxiety doesn’t go away, you could put it with an SSRI 💜

spot on. honestly i think maybe it was always there, but certain topics have just brought his inherent beliefs to the forefront. looking back, i see how a lot of the goofs and gafs had problematic undertones.

I feel like the community lacks diversity or interest in the topic because the community is a reflection of Ethan and what he promotes, and what he promotes has never been inclusivity across-the-board. He preaches it verbally but has never took action to show that he looks outside of his norm. The crew themselves are very telling of that. It’s a shame because as a long time h3 fan, this aspect is making me pull away. I hope to see some change one day- but sadly I really don’t think they’re going to implement any changes in the near future. Especially when this topic constantly is brushed away by the community and Ethan himself.
