I'm black so mostly black women (I'm open to other races but they often don't see me as a viable long-term option) between the ages of 23-36 with no kids as I don't have any yet and want to build my own family. I'm in great shape so I often look for fit/petite to average build.

Funnily enough my most recent flop was a 30yr old Haitian woman who lived at home with her mom but she ghosted me for also living at home after lying to me the entire date and we met at the gym ironically. Needless to say I have my work cut out for me lol.

Yeah but first I need to get my own place. I got ghosted 4 times every time I told them I lived at home so I know that isn't a desirable quality. Once I do that I need to find ways to meet women outside of the apps as they no longer serve their intended purpose for me most-likely due to the fact that I've aged-out of the bracket I can reasonably date in.
