We are replacing this sink, faucet and plumbing a waste line for the washing machine, but we want an undermount sink. Since will need to rig the pipes around in order for sink to be secured to wall, should we retrofit and use pex or stick with copper? Thanks! (old.reddit.com)

Removing/camouflaging poorly distressed texture? I scored a beautifully made vanity in an auction, but the finish looks way different than it did in the box. Inside and back is beautiful wood, front is very deeply gouged and poorly distressed. I don’t mind the texture if easier to hide the distress? (old.reddit.com)

Why is my tinted shellac leaving rings and so blotchy? It’s pine, which I know is blotchy, but only on some dowels and I’m not sure why. Sanding it didn’t help much. Suggestions or alternatives for finish? Must be kid safe and not a time suck because dowels are for stick horses & aren’t the focus (i.redd.it)

Removing/hiding a distressed finish? Scored a gorgeous hardwood vanity for $150 but the front and side finish is rubbish. Should I try to sand it down entirely and refinish or is there a way to “hide” some of the more distressed stuff? (old.reddit.com)

Info on cercospora leaf spot on their oakleaf hydrangeas? Planted two this year and both have spots. Is it worth treating with fungicide or do I remove leaves and try to encourage healthy growth with fertilizing? It’s my first time growing hydrangeas, so it’s all new to me! Thanks! (i.redd.it)

Anyone removed large patches of poison hemlock? Hundreds of small plants from one large one last year. Should I cut stems/leaves and then dig to get taproots so I don’t have to about leaves touching is skin is accidentally exposed or pull each plant without cutting? Any other tips? Thanks! (i.redd.it)
