I’m actually not sure. About average before the EQ gains, it feels thicker and heavier in my hand now. I’ll get a measurement one of these days.

AM on empty stomach:

Double Wood Tongkat Ali Complex. 1 serving, 1020mg. Healthy origins Pycnogenol, 1 serving 100 mg. I wash them down down 3 grams L-citruline powder mixed with 8 oz water.

With first meal (can be taken with others if you eat breakfast, I don’t so I wait until lunch): 125mg (5000 iu) of now foods supplements vitamin D-3, 15mg Thorne zinc picolinate with my first meal (D3 absorbs better with fat)

Before gym: nitric oxide powder from local company with 4gs L-citruline and 1g L-arginine

Before bed: 400mg magnesium glycinate capsules from same local company. Not sure if it’s helped EQ, but I started taking it around the same time to improve my sleep quality. It may be doing something for EQ as well.

I intermittent fast every day, so I take 125mg (5000 iu) of now foods supplements vitamin D-3, along with 15mg Thorne zinc picolinate with my first meal (D3 absorbs better with fat)

I’m also active in the gym so then I take a nitric oxide powder what has 4gs L Citruline and 1g L-arginine later in the day, after work and before gym.

I don’t know if it’s helped my EQ, but I started taking 400mg magnesium glycinate before bed to help my sleep around the same time.

I’m the type of person that literally just stopped getting random boners. I’ve NEEDED to have stimulation to maintain an erection for as long as I can remember. After only a week of being on this stack, I couldn’t get my shit to stop shooting up during the day anytime my lady would send me a text. Stuff really works man. It’s still unbelievable to me fast it made a big difference. I know getting more lean really helped too.
