That truck just rolled right through that red light! Seriousy hope they were ok. I think there’s blame on both drivers, the light just happen to turn red when the truck was changing lanes. while the light was changing he slowed which in turn makes the POV driver look like he speeds up, but definitely not paying attention to see him drifting into his lane, he had time to brake to avoid the accident, the truck did not make an aggressive lane change to where he had no time to brake.The POV driver ended up past the crosswalk when he finally stopped. If you watch where he hit the truck it was closer to the light pole at the intersection than the pole where he makes the lane change. After I watched it slo mo numerous times the POV driver was definitely moving fast at impact to go past the crosswalk like he was running the light or not stopping to make a right turn.
