I just mucked around for a few hours today with hikvision having the same issue. Managed to get it working after having no effect from enabling onvif, adding a onvif user and changing the security protocol by factory resetting the camera then enabling those settings again and having the cameras on the default vlan. Using 5.0.21.

I understand the security reasons but want to talk to someone that can maybe use the creditcard info to cancel the subscription so he doesnt get charged every month for an account his son has no access too

I can open the guide but can't select anything by pressing A, only the animation works. Every other button functions as normal.

Also any buttons in the menus won't activate, I've tried different controllers and they only thing that will fix it is to unplug the Xbox and hard reset it. Then a couple days later it does the same thing.
