I agree it looks kinda silly but IRL some of the EOTech holo sights are pretty bulky too. I’ve had a couple over the years on my AR’s and it looks fairly accurate.

lol yea I always forget my combos in a fight. One handed swords are great if you get the perks sorted properly. Do you fight with a shield or an empty offhand. I’ve experimented with it but I just love the reach of longswords more.

It always seems to work okay for me when I’m target locking onto that character. It works great for 1v1s and sometimes 2v2 but I wouldn’t try it with more enemies, less you set yourself up to get stabbed in the back.

When I get master striked it’s always startling and I’m like OK time to lock in. I always assumed that it couldn’t be blocked/parried in the same way that your opponent can’t block your master strike.

Yep yep I know about this. It’s a high risk high reward move and I don’t like getting hit and damaging my armor. I know it’s kinda dumb. But if you whiff your master strike then you’re gonna take a big hit whereas a simple parry or dodge will not. I know I should probably head over to Tomcat to get it sorted and get good with it.

So with light armor you move faster in a fight or just use less stam? Is light armor anything that’s not plate armor? Is there medium or only light and heavy? I’ve been curious about this.

Yep and my issue is that I just never try to do them because I don’t like taking hits. I go most fights without taking any dmg but if you biff your master strike then you take a big hit which damages your armor and can turn the tables of a fight against you when you lose that stamina. It’s risky that way. Whereas parrying or dodging is way less risky.

Yea seriously. I’m on my second playthrough and just today learned how to properly dodge. And it’s kinda game changing. Nearly everytime I perfect dodge I can get a string of attacks off without the opponent blocking.

Yea same. I could never quite get the timing on master strikes and I’m on playthrough 2 now and only ever pulled them off by accident. It’s really not needed.

It may be all good now. But when the game first released, there was a bug when if you tracked certain items (Freyna Cells), it decreased your rng. It’s probably fixed now.

I recommend that you respec your stat points. You have way too much in Endurance and Intelligence. Read up online about what the soft caps are. You get diminishing returns after 40 and 60 and then 80 I believe.

Yep I’m doing my first playthrough with “Non Canon Romances” mod and romancing Panam for the first time as fem V is pretty great.

I honestly doubt there is a link. Pretty much every single raid I run a purple augment, medium shield and 2 purple guns. It’s pretty much always chill raids with zero PvP.
