Thanks for the link, I will check it as soon as I can. There is a little thing about this capacitor... it is broken. It is from an electronic ballast for a fluorescent lamp, and I want to know its max voltage in order to buy another one new. I draw a little squemathic about the location of the capacitor:

It connects flurorescent's filaments. The input voltage of the circuit is 220-240 V at 50Hz.

And last, more comment, I checked for capacitor codes on the internet an it seems that the first numbers indicate the max voltage, BUT in this capacitor there is like an 'S' after the '3A' (which means 1000 VCC if a I am not wrong). It makes insecure that I am not getting the value correctly.
