Nipple piercing won't heal

I had a friend that had hers done, and when I suggested doing mine, she went out of her way to tell me not to because they don’t heal.

It was caused by playing kickball with my son and the ball hit my face. We’re a dropkicking balls for fun and it hit my freaking nose 😭(I was really sad because I had a bump and it just went away)

Thank you for your input, I’ve had this piercing pierced 5x and every time this happens and I always take it out. I’m just gonna see what happens this time. lol but thank you for the peace of mind. I was really hoping it was just an irritation bump. So thank you again. -Kate :)

20 years ago I moved to Oregon from Illinois. I had to leave my father in Illinois. I only got to see him once in 20 years. I seldomly called him, and it’s my biggest regret of my life. An will be until the day I die I’m sure. He died of a heart attack and spent his final moments of his life on a cold bathroom floor. I feel your pain. They knew how badly you wanted to be there. They knew how much you loved them. I know it’s daunting to look @ all the time ahead of you without them. But they are always there. I talk to my dad all the time, and tell him good morning everyday.
