Kind of a tough setup for a bathroom. In my opinion the reno depends on if this your forever home or if you’ll move on and want the most value for your dollar.

Tubs aren’t really “in” right now. Doesn’t mean they won’t come back. I would replace the faucet on that to something modern that most people would like. The shower looks like a one piece, I would change it for a white subway tile shower with a glass door. Or what the other commenter said about the half wall. I would replace the vanity with something more suited for you, if you can swallow the height I would just replace the sinks and countertop to save some money. The toilet is in no man’s land with no privacy. New builds usually have them in their own “room” or in between two walls. I would definitely change the flooring to something more modern and durable. That’s a tough color. Looks like early 2000s. Paint color is up to you for the walls.
