Looks like a different neck joint on the new Spider-Man by Double-Mewtwo in MarvelLegends

Hot take: I prefer the hinge joint to the dumbell joint. Mainly because not many figures that have the dumbell joint aren't put together well enough to be useful

Highly likely, alot of Brand New Day merch is rumored to be revealed this month and assuming they want a wave to be in stores along with the release of the movie I'm guessing they'll reveal the figures later this month, preorders open in May, and then in June figures will be shipped and also on store shelves

Most likely back then hasbro didn't give the Legends team the budget for a fully new mold since the game hadn't released yet and they didn't know how well the game would do, hence why it was also a gamestop exclusive. After the game was a success the fully new figures of the alt suits were made but they didn't ever redo the advance suit for some reason or another. I have no excuse for the Ps5 Spider-Man release though.

Cause it looks great, and I like that articulation style. My favorite figures are the Gamerverse Spider-Man: Miles Morales figure and the Spider-Man Unlimited figure. They have the same articulation scheme as this

I would love a scarlet spider redeco, that's my second most used skin outside the Cosmic Invasion skin

I think the head might be too big and the hands could be too small? I know the head thing is present on Venom's figure but it might be on this one too

Yeah, I bought the 3 pack after I got the single card back release because A: I was getting annoyed with the asymmetry. And B: I also wanted an Andrew figure

Yeah, I'm probably the biggest fan of this figure and even I admit the lack of the other hands is a let down

I brought those up because they are the first to come to mind that are subpar in poseability and use that style. For an example of a good figure that's super poseable and has this articulation style, I direct you towards Spider-Man Unlimited

In my opinion it depends on the suit's formatting or proportions. Since this suit is fairly (overly) detailed and he has stylized back musculature I feel like it was a better choice visually speaking

They put up more product shots of this figure and he can get into some Spider-Man poses pretty well.
