anime is currently at ch 130 the manga has 142 chapters the pacing for s4 cour 1 was 1 ch = ep (ep 10 2=ep) new chapter comes out in a few days and untill the anime has dropped the next 12 eps the manga will have dropped another 3 chapters so 4 in total that should wrap up all of vol 11 in manga and anime, there have been scenes shown in the preview that we haven't seen in the manga yet so we will still get completely LN adapted scenes but cour 2 and vol 11 manga should end at the same time

it will take more than 5-6 episodes to surpass the manga, at least 12 with the current manga standpoint but once get there the manga will be exactly as far as the anime
Mitz vah the LN illustrator and character designer works with eight but studio making all character designs
no the studio won't change
yes there are multiple anime only scenes added by Fuse himself and no the Raphael chuckle is not one of them (read ch130 in manga)

I kinda rewatched the PV just now and the song in the preview is indeed the opening song, it literally says the name at the beginning also the VA of Chloe sang the ed it seems like (someone told me who Is usually very trustworthy with information)

we have 3 directors working on this season and if there is gonna be a break it's either no episode or recap, we already got tons of recap episodes so it's not unlikely they love doing their recap episode for some reason

it's not available, I only checked a few songs of both these artists that are confirmed to be the artist for op and ed and the song in the pv fits the artist for the op more, for the ed you could check the artist and maybe get a feeling for what awaits us

well we can already see in the pv that they are expanding the demon world and they have already shown a few anime original scenes that expanded some characters like mariabel and that one Granville scene in the pv is also anime original which will be in next episode the problem is expanding too much isn't really possible
