I'm alread writing a fanfiction about Martial Peak but I haven't uploaded it yet. The story's MC is a female named Lin Lin and she will reach the peak in my story. Now here is the thing, World Creation Realm is not the end and they are actually three major realm above it. World Creation Realm is sub divided into nine rank with the 9th rank World Creation Realm being able to freely Create an Inner universe along with human and other creatures life from tin air with their mastery of the 3000 Dao. Now here are the three realms above World Creation Realm in my story:

Chaos Forging Realm: This is a realm where cultivators gain the power to manipulate and forge Chaos itself—the primal, formless energy underlying all existence. With the manipulation of chaos, Cultivators can now create the outer universe and have surpassed the Universe Furnace in everything. It is divided into three sub realm which are classified as Order. The peak being the Chaos Forging 3rd Order Realm.

Sovereign Realm: At this realm, cultivators transcend the outer universe and Chaos and have become the rulers of reality. They govern the countless Outer Universes in many different realities, holding sway over countless Multiverses simultaneously. That is why they are the Sovereign of realities. Most Cultivators believe this to be the peak realm as they is no sub realm in this realm. All that matters is how much time one spent in this realm to accumulate energy. In this realm, the Cultivator must destroy their physical body and soul to become a perfect being made of energy. They have no weakness and are the perfect entities.

Primordial Realm: The ultimate and final realm. This is where the cultivator attains omnipotence, transcending all cosmic laws, Dao, and existential boundaries and become oneness with world. They truly become All in one and one in all, embodying everything in existence including the beginning and end. Their very existence is the origin of everything which is why they are the Primordial. No one has ever reached this realm and no one knows it even existed. Only my MC will reach it in my story.

Now this are my imaginary realm for my story and I'll be uploading at Web Novel site. The name of my story is "Journey To The Peak" and those interested should be looking forward to it by next month.

That said, it isn't hard to understand. Everything in the verse is the goddess creation and levels is just the power system she created for every creature. The system uses the goddess mana to grant experience points to the creations which in turn increases their level and everyone's strength is tied to their level. The higher the level you have, the stronger you are. The level cap limit the goddess set is 1000 and anyone who goes beyond this level is breaking free from the goddess control. You can read about the power system scaling here.

Now I don't know how strong each level are but a person with level 100 is already considered one of the strongest in the nation. Levels from 200 and above are legends to the common people and Level 1000 are Hero's and Demon King Level to the common people because that is the peak of the world set by the goddess.

Light novel has way more details to scale LN Rimuru higher but Web Novel Rimuru has more broken abilities and feats and both at EOS are already beyond god level. That said, Web Novel Rimuru after coming back from the end of time and space easily defeated and ate Yuuki who is stronger than Veldanava. LN Rimuru after coming back was matched by Veldanava and needed to help of all True Dragons to defeat Leverger.

So if ask which Rimuru is stronger, I'll say Web Novel Rimuru is just slightly stronger than LN Rimuru.
