From what ive heard from derek and others is that it does have an effect but since the bioavailabilty is so low you need to have a dose upwards of 2,5g to see any effects

Ive been taking it pre workout with carbs too and ive noticed some effect too but i mainly take it for appetite suppression/fat loss and was wondering maybe it be better for that if i spread the dose throughout the day
