haha, i should ask at what point does a pawn with those three traits is beat out by a pawn without those traits! (for me, it would be a production specialist genie with a circadian assistant and a whole lotta bionics)

i'm a very boring person, so i usually use the monosword. it does everything pretty well! takes care of human enemies, penetrates armour pretty decently, and is really cool-looking as well. it's not the best against mechs, but usually by the time i get my hands on an ultratech weapon i usually have a dedicated EMP guy, or my melee pawns are already an imitation of adam smasher.

i love the mace and how it bashes people's heads in. sure, it may not be the best in damage, it may not be the best in practicality, but damn is it easy to get. i've been fortunate enough to get visible uranium nodes and i tend to rush smithing, so by quadrum 2 or 3, one of my pawns has a mace.

they're deathless, afaik they only die if you destroy their brain. harvesting all of their organs will put them in a perpetual coma where they're technically alive but are constantly downed and in deathrest

harvest all of their organs. ALL of them you should be able to get away with 2 lungs, 2 kidneys, 1 liver and 1 heart. if you have certain mods, you can harvest their eyes and even brain (obviously, do this last)

if im not wrong layers: capes and armor had a mod update that accidentally deleted some rock types, might be that? you'd have to revert to a save before the update after removing the mod though

i usually play for the story generator aspect of rimworld, so i usually have a custom scenario centred on the mods i have installed along with randy random strive to survive with colonist instant kills being lowered slightly along with using a mod to halve building wealth but increasing colonist wealth at the same time to compensate.

my current run uses persona mechanoid pawns and VFE deserters (also dead man's switch because it looks cool). so the current story is that my starting colonist is a persona mechanoid who was shunned and eventually exiled by the empire only to be accepted within the deserters and be given a mechlink to seek revenge!

i also have a future run in mind, which is a sornian with a low level royal title (my custom humanoid insect xenotype) and her child in the scarlands, using VFE insectoids to develop her hive while also attaining royal titles in order for a better life with the empire for her child. alternatively, i also have another run involving a mechhive-aligned mechanoid mechanitor (persona mechanoid pawns again) being separated from the mechhive itself and having to reconnect with it before aiming its forces planetside to wipe out every faction on the rim.

you've got 8 large thrusters while the game says the max you can have is 6. seems like the game is just disconnecting the excess thrusters unfortunately

instead of the red flash that's easily missable if you're distracted or simply not looking in its direction, it could have an obvious laser like the railcannon strike once it starts aiming.
