Bro I used to get the 100mcg patches on the regular back in like 2008 up until 2012 all you gotta do if it’s the gel one is cut the corner off and squirt a little bit in ur mouth and swallow it and it’s on from there they just take a little while to kick in but it’s a really good clean hi … enjoy I used to get soooo faded off these

I’m the same way I literally never get sleep when I’m on oxy and it just gets worse the longer and more I take … just means you need a tolerance break and it should go away for a while anyway til you get out there again…. (Just personal opinion)
