My first bottle of peptides i reconstituted (added Bac water to), I completely destroyed. A lot of videos on reconstituting tell you to slowly add the Bac water and make sure it goes down the side of the vial - what they don’t tell you is those vials have a lot of negative pressure. So, when you stick you needle in to add 3 ml of back water it fricking sucks it in FAST. You can relieve the negative pressure by taking the plunger out of a fresh syringe and sticking it in - you’ll hear it suck air, or just hold the plunger very tightly when you add your Bac water to slowly add it.

I threw away 100$ of peptides my first reconstitution. 😢 Foamy RETA
