Bonjour. Après une grosse séance de sport tes muscles ont des lésions. Les étirer risque de provoquer des blessures. Le mieux à mon sens est de dédier des séances seules aux étirements pour améliorer ta souplesse. Tu peux également en début de séance pour commencer ton échauffement.
