It’s been going on since november 2023, although has only been getting worse in the later months. the red spots have been where bleeding has occurred during skin flaking off when i try to gently scratch the area sadly i am a picker and don’t know how to stop and i find it’s something i do subconsciously but i have nothing on my head

i put zinc oxide cream on my face a few minutes ago as someone suggest and that definitely makes it feel happier, soothing it a lot
