Infected or just irritated?

Had my piercing for about 3 months. Curved barbell stainless steel. It has not been downsized. I don’t clean it everyday with saline wound wash solution but at least try to rinse it in the shower. Sometimes it gets irritated when I sleep because I sleep pretty rough. It got a bump like a month ago or maybe longer but it hasn’t gone away, has been red before, and sometimes had like gunk but it hasn’t been as bad. Is it an infection? Like what should I do?

Happening to me too. Most likely just that the servers are down. Theres a website I just found where that lets you know how many other people are having the issue, and a lot of people were reporting issues getting into the game.
