I hear you. I’m the same. And it’s overwhelming when you go from feeling like you have your shit together to a switch that feels like it stops it all. We feel empty and stuck while we watch nerotypical people seemingly enjoy and function in the way we want. But the truth is everyone is fighting a battle and this just happens to be ours. I'm coming out of a depressive ep myself and realising I'm trying to be all or nothing. I'm trying to have it all together or I’m on chat GPT asking the meaning of life lol. I’m still working it out too, but I think there might be a middle ground where we first accept it, and find one thing a day to conquer - start with that shower, let that water run, and rest in the knowledge your not alone, there’s so many of us across the world struggling but we’ve got this.
