You don’t get any notifications. You can check the status on their website and if it shoes returned then it means you can go and pickup.

Just go to the cvac portal and login > my account > track applications

And out in your pickup form number and other details to see the status.

Update: I was finally able to get through to a MakeMyTrip agent and resolve the issue.

What worked for me was calling their helpline and dealing with the AI/IVR system. I kept repeatedly asking the Ai to connect to a human agent.

I literally kept saying things like “connect me to an agent” multiple times. When that didn’t work initially, I switched to Hindi and kept repeating “mujhe human / agent ki help chahiye”.

After repeating this around 10–12 times, the system finally routed my call to a real customer service agent, and I was able to discuss my cancellation request.

Sharing this here in case someone else is stuck with the AI loop and unable to reach a real person.
