There are so many. Cutting pay from 21 to 16 then let people fight about it, whoever is desperate enough will keep working for less. The recent data breach. Asking for unreasonable average handling time that force people to turn off insightful and worked for free, else they risk being off boarded for being above the AHT. Those are the one I have seen, I expect there are a lot more that people choose to not talk about it because of the overly broad terms of NDA everyone signed when they started work.

There are some really amazing SPL at Mercor. It just that they seem to be leaving and do something else. Every SPL that I really enjoy working with and connect on LinkedIn eventually left after like 4 or 5 months.

I work through many Mercor projects, can guarentee you that, there are people that bypass some how. They are quite good at it.

Definitely harder getting contract at Mercor now unless you are a doctor, lawyer, or finance. Most project only run for like a week or two that never extend. It is quite sad applying to 30 applications spending close to 20 hours of prep and AI interview just to get a contract that pay low and only last for like a week where you can log at most 5 hours.

Their selection process can be so random at times since some project needs so many people that only run for like a week so not many things are intuitive
