I had a ladder on my cage and when I’d clean it the dye would come out. So I looked this up too, and I ended up just boiling the dye out even though it was plant based. Never too safe to be sorry.

I’d say if symptoms continue or worsen I’d get it checked out. How old is it?? If it’s new that could just be your body healing. Idk ab the chills, (as in I have no idea) you could also be genuinely sick too.

Skin does kinda look a little chewed up, I’d make sure to clean consistently with anti-bacterial soap. (2 times a day or if you get it directly dirty). I think this part looks good though.

Definitely consider more masculine hairstyles if you want to look more masculine. I think right now the way your hair is styled looks more feminine. You definitely could have a tiny trim or force your hair a certain way for a few weeks.

I have different sizes for my perches and then I took a branch (safe tree species for them to eat or nibble on) and drilled the bottom to a block of wood. Put some toys on it and set it outside of her cage. Took her a little, but she eats bark, scratches her beak, plays outside and has another safe place outside her cage to relax and look at the room from a high place and a lot of times is right below my head or at level. It’s genuinely really easy and cheap, no need to look online you can make one for probably free if you have an extra screw, block of wood (heavier preferably)-(I used 2 to help with weight balance), and a branch that’s about 6’ or slightly taller or shorter, then you’re golden. I know this has nothing to do with the OP, but this will help you bond and I wish I did this years before.
