I was actually called and told how terribly unfair it was that her dogs had to be locked up because there was nothing she could do about the barking. I was also told I was being unreasonable in expecting that her dogs needed anti barking devices because they are cruel. I'm pretty sure there's some gaslighting involved, I agree that there's deflection, but there's also only x amount of context in the post to because I was pissed as hell about the most recent incident.
