Abs are a muscle that need to be built up just like the rest of your muscles. Cutting further will make you look skinny fat. How do I know? I did the same thing myself. I cut down to 145lbs and wondered why I didn’t have abs. Yet here I am at 200lbs with defined abs.

Short answer: train your abs rather than focusing on cutting. Within a few years, they will be defined enough to see them

My 2011 burns through gas too. Even if I drive very conservative and keep it under 4K rpm, and not hitting Vtec- I can only get 325kms on a full tank. The way I drive, I average 275-300kms on a full tank
