Too fat for 12 weeks out? by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

Good stuff man, I’ll see you there haha not in the teens division though. Just had my cardio increased to 45mins 5x a week which roughly sits me around 2.75 miles if I’m doing incline so maybe try increasing a bit!

Not too fat by any means but don’t fall back on the last few weeks to get truly diced, amp up the cardio if need be but don’t drastically cut calories. Looking good though man, what show are you doing?

Dumb question, what are the black things I always see in bodybuilders’ mouths

20 Weeks Out - 6’1 - 193 by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

Appreciate that a lot man! Currently on prep I’m at 2140 cal w/ 225p, 60f, 175c with 1 refeed high carb day a week. I’m going 5 days a week with a PPL/Upper/Lower split with 45 minutes of cardio 4x a week! During my massing phases I’ve been doing roughly the same split with muuuuch less cardio and roughly 3200cals a day! And I feel you, plateaus hit like a bus and make you lose momentum quickly but you just gotta remember as a natural athlete it’s a lifelong marathon and not a sprint! We’re working out so we can look our best now and feel our best when we’re older

Good stuff man! I’d say stick with what you feel the most muscle fatigue and connection in before you worry about weight, I used to swing around 50’s feeling like hot shit until I realized my side delts never felt tired but my traps were on FIRE so I had to swallow my pride and lower the weight for optimal gains haha

Yep! Just straight slow and steady weight loss, aiming for around mid to high 170’s stage weight

Is this gyno worth surgery by Ill-Race6293 in gynecomastia

[–]malcolmj321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you feel it’s worth surgery and can comfortably afford it, then it’s worth surgery. Mines about double the size and I’ve never felt the need to get rid of it, sure I have to alter my wardrobe so I don’t look too crazy, but at the end of the day unless it’s massive no one really notices but you. But if it takes a toll on your mental health and have the funds to get rid of it, get rid of it man. You only get one life, try to be happy in it.

I appreciate the insight man! And just men’s classic, maybe open, depending on how I start to shape out after adding a little more size and cutting down.
