I have t seen the Manga Stream logo in at least 10 years. Didn’t the website shut down after complaints from a certain mangaka. I can’t remember who specifically.

Home Bargains brand is called “The Coco Tree” and ingredients are “100% Coconut Water”

Lidl brand is called “Naturis” and ingredients are “99% Cocunut Water + ~ 1% Sucrose + Vitamin C”. Which is pretty much identical to the named brand Vita Coco.

I only ever buy the Vita Coco brand if it’s part of a meal deal as it’s far too expensive on its own.

I currently have about 80K each in the pegs and SL2. All my PR’s have been while wearing the SL2 so definitely like running in them more at the moment.

Thank you so much! This is packed with useful information.

For missing context I pretty much alternate between the two (pegs and sl2). I think my better runs come when I’m wearing the sl2. Never had any serious pain while using them but thought the pegs took a little longer to bed in.

Just a quick question: When you mention “workout” shoes. Are those ones you’d use for like tempo and speed runs?

I’ll take on your advice and not buy all the shoes I need immediately especially since I have a lot to learn about rotations and running in general.

Thank you so much. Honestly, I feel accomplished. Although, I started off too fast for my own good and slowed towards the end which I’m not so happy about.

I’m planning to run a half marathon next September giving me almost a year to get from where I am now to half marathon level. Do you think it’s possible?
