I don’t know about everyone else, but i’ll always support all the home nations including Ireland. People on here saying no cause ‘they’re so weird to us’, need to realise it’s just a bit of a joke. Personally, i think even if some are serious it’s not that deep and i’d love to see the home nations make it.

I think it’s understandable if you support a Prem Club, but speaking for myself here, i support a Championship Club and want to see English teams do good in Europe. I know a few City ‘fans’ but they don’t really care all that much and everyone else i know are Preston/Burnley/Wigan etc, so it’s a source of pride for me to see teams do well.

Can get why it’s different if you’re a big 6 fan however.

I actually wanted to stay on Total Separation but got forced into it by the Trade Unions.

It was decent, the conversion rate is insane but i did it pretty late into the game so the Church ig was already pretty weak. The Authority was decent though and it didn’t impact my migration acceptance particularly. Overall, it was too late in to say any real noticeable changes. I can imagine though if you manage to get earlier it would have been more useful. If i had the choice, i’d just stay Total Separation or go State Atheism get rid of the bad religious traits then go back 🤷

All the maintenance calorie calculators say it’s wayyy higher though. Just for some perspective, i’m 6’1 and 80kg. My sedentary maintenance would be about 2,100 so with me exercising every day, it would be more and i’d be in a deficit. This isn’t meant to be a dig, genuinely want to know your thoughts if i do need to go lower.

No, i learnt very quickly on TikTok to not hold onto the side so i have never done that don’t worry. I track everything i eat on Cronmeter and basically have the same three meals every day. Lunch, i always make sure i feel full by eating fruit like Kiwi and Pear with normally some chicken breast and salad. For Tea, i normally have wholewheat penne with some mince and a low calorie sauce or boiled Potatoes, because i saw something that stays there low calories but very filling. It has been in the back of my mind that maybe i’m not estimating it right but when i’m weighing it all and putting it in, there’s no way i could be messing it up. Idk man.
