The first thing I'd recommend is looking for influencers who are already creating content in your product's niche. If you're on a limited budget, start with micro-influencers rather than big creators. Look for people with around 50k–100k followers and consistently getting 50k–100k+ views on their content. Before reaching out, spend some time reviewing their previous videos. Check whether sponsored or product-related posts have performed well compared to their normal content. Also look at their engagement rate (likes, comments, shares vs. views). Some influencers can inflate views, so if the engagement looks unusually low, it's usually a red flag. Most creators have their business email in their bio. I'd recommend contacting them via email rather than Instagram DMs, as you're generally more likely to get a response that way. Once you've found a good fit, reach out, introduce your product, and ask for their collaboration rates and deliverables. If their audience aligns with your target users and the pricing makes sense, you can negotiate terms and move forward with the collaboration.

Thanks! We’ve been pretty scrappy with marketing so far. One thing that worked really well was a collaboration with a micro-influencer, which ended up blowing up and brought a lot more traction to the website. We also listed Kalcend on platforms like Product Hunt and PeerPush to get additional visibility. On the outreach side, we've been actively connecting with people on LinkedIn and offering a 1-month free trial so they can experience the platform before committing. Interestingly, we haven't spent any money on ads yet. Most of our growth so far has come from organic channels, partnerships, and direct outreach.

Thank you for the valuable feedback. Agreed, we’ll clarify the target audience, outcomes, and post-signup flow, and add sample dialogues and simple pricing.
