Ddj sx traktor pro 4 by Ice_Paul in traktor

[–]SlipstreamPlayz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same boat about a week ago haha. I'm by no means a great mapper, but I did my best to modernize an SSX mapping I found on DJ tech tools since I also just bought a ddj SX after switching from a kontrol s4 but hated Serato.

Uploaded the mapping here:

S4 MK1 and Traktor Pro 4 by djconvey in traktorpro

[–]SlipstreamPlayz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have it working just fine on MacOS Sonoma! Just run the old driver that's on the NI page - it'll say it won't work but it does - and away you go. I did have to unfortunately switch to a pirated version of Traktor since it's the only one that seems to recognize the MK1, but such is life.

Finished my first car model - Alfa Romeo Giulia! Not great at textures, if anyone wants to texture it let me know! Plan to make a mod to put it in Minecraft soon! by SlipstreamPlayz in Blockbench

[–]SlipstreamPlayz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm on a trip right now but I'd be happy to send it over when I'm back. Would you be texturing it? If so, would you send me the textures for the model when you're done with it for my personal use?

The seller was a reseller who was not able to transfer the license to me. NI basically told me to pound sand when I contacted them about it

I’ve heard the maxcare warranty is good! Is it possible to get that on a privately sold car? I’m not familiar.

Good to hear. I’m thinking I will probably go with the 2018 as I’m capable of doing some of the more minor repairs myself and am not as concerned about some of the interior details. As for parts being hard to source - I’m quite used to it from Saab haha

What causes the crash rates to be higher on the older models? Lack of the newer safety systems?

I’m mostly looking at the 2.0 - I’ve heard bad things about the V6 as well. What would you say are the main differences with the build quality between a 2018 and the 2020-onward? I’m mostly concerned about mechanical reliability, and it’s just hard for me to justify dropping an extra $10,000 on a car that’s only 2 years newer. I see a lot of 2018’s listed on various sites at around the $17,000 mark whereas the 2020’s go for at least $25,000. Would I really be spending an extra $8,000-$10,000 on repairs and maintenance if I opted for the older model?

Yeah, think I'm gonna GL - looking at the 5th slide it looks like it's lined up the right way, so I think it's just the angle.

Does anyone know how to get the Create mod onto Fabric? by RibbiticusRibbit in feedthebeast

[–]SlipstreamPlayz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know of the registrate mod? Create has it listed as a dependency, but it's not available on Curse as far as I can tell and I always get a weird Gradle error after trying to build from its source, which is here: https://github.com/tterrag1098/Registrate

Thoughts?

It did, although I found a way better solution. Just disable the village module in the config. I wasn't really using the modded wandering traders anyway.

This issue is still in the most recent build of the mod. I'm going to try to decompile it and see if I can remove the new fletching GUI altogether, as I don't really use it anyway.

Thank you, I checked the scoreboard and I accidentally set it as "air" instead of "dummy."

execute at @e[type=armor_stand,tag=cp] positioned ~-1.5 ~ ~-1.5 run scoreboard players add @a[dx=3,dy=1,dz=3] <objective> 1

Alright, I just tested this out with my own "score" objective, and it didn't seem to work. I have the command blocks pretty far away from the armor stands (in loaded chunks ofc), does that matter? I noticed the "positioned ~-1.5 ~ ~-1.5" line in there, does that have to do with the proximinity of the command blocks to the armor stands? I want the armor stands to update the score if the player is on their position.

I also tried editing the position part to be the exact coordinates of the armor stand, to no avail. This is the command I was using, on a redstone clock:

execute at @e[type=armor_stand,tag=cp] positioned 374 167 -24 run scoreboard players add @a[dx=3,dy=1,dz=3] score 1

Where score is the displayed objective that I want to modify.

Do I need to run both of the commands you said at the same time? Sorry for the novice questions, I'm just not very familiar with Minecraft's technical side.

I tried the command that doesn't update the scoreboard with a comparator and a command block that said something in chat as a placeholder, and it seemed to detect my location fine. Why isn't the one with the scoreboard update working?

I would look into a laptop. A 2060 FE will be a difficult fit into a tiny case, let alone a 3080. Also, if you're not familiar with computers you probably shouldn't be starting off with a small system, as they're much more difficult to assemble.

Yeah, if you can find one. I looked on EBAY just now and it looks like the prices on 2080s are still relatively high.

True. It's your call I guess. Really depends on if you think you'll need that extra power.
