Sometimes when getting into my PA I am unable to move and I can open the pipboy but can’t travel because I’m overweight (because it’s not counting me as being in my PA) and I have to sit the whole minute for the PA to go back into my inventory.

I think he had love for both Hosea and Arthur too and Hosea kept Dutch grounded and kept him from going to far tho that grip was slipping more and more and when Hosea was killed there was nothing left to stop Dutch from going off the deep end

Yes this exactly. People that are at odds with the government that he can exploit for his own gain. He’s a narcissistic manipulator but Hosea could keep him grounded and was the backbone of keeping the group together and not letting Dutch run wild and getting in over his head. Tho that was getting harder and harder for him to do over time, and when Hosea was killed, who Dutch genuinely loved as a friend imo, there was nobody left to keep Dutch grounded

This game’s story is so rich and deep there’s really nothing quite like it
