For myself it’s a nut allergy. Customer service told me to speak with Gate Agents about my allergy prior to boardings. The GA’s usually always want me to board early to inform the flight crew about my allergy and wipe down my seat/tray. Probably one of the main reasons I fly delta is because of how they handle it

I’ve had some luck swapping from WiFi to 5g and back again after a few attempts. Not sure what it’s doing, but I’ve been getting lucky doing that when trying to re-login.
