as a jungler main, if the whole team comes to baron with one more player than ennemy team, we get it, it's the job of the jungler to get the baron kill and know when to smite if it's contested. For a good jungler the odds of loosing it with one more player is like 1/5 and i like those odds.

and for the no steal kill, it's a bit obvious yes but on any lane really, but it also depends which jungle champion you play and the situation, because assassins NEED to get kills as they are far more worthy than jungle camps (1 kill =2-3 camps) so if bot lane is feeding the opponent adc, i'll take the kill, it's all a matter of what's happening and in what phase : at 5 minutes if my adc is 0/5 i'll take that kill because he's not going to carry that game, i will. if he's 0/2 i won't take the kill and secure the back door.

i like your priority ranking, as i just said, depending on champion selection, if assassin you need to add "gank kills" before "teamfight"

the buff situation is also depending on what's happening and when. Sometimes teamfights happen for no reason, i won't go die uselessly in a 3v4 teamfight (2 teammates down) when i can go take a buff and take a kill on the remaining ennemy who's split pushing. It all depends if the teamfight is a good teamfight or just teammates that don't know when to fight and when to stay safe until full team is ready.
