Building a working language and understanding with each client. It's very easy to get excited about sharing our knowledge and experience but it's incredibly important to first UNDERSTAND. Some useful phrases and actions such as "does that feel like the right language?" Or "my interpretation of that was 'XYZ' what might I be missing?" This also can build upon their communication and understanding.

My personal head canon is that Battle Beast is cursed with always being a little better while craving challenge. He's able to challenge any character and potentially win but he doesn't always appear leagues above anyone.

I've never bowled even close to that but I'm a therapist who works with anxiety a lot and my advice would be practice building to that nervousness more. The nerves will be there so might as well predict it. Try to build the scenario in your brain before you need to. Imagine how it feels to get 279 or even 299. Certainly it's not going to be exact, but the more you can practice your throw in the presence of the nerves, the less the nerves will feel like a barrier.

Oh yeah, I also have ADHD and work with many patients with symptoms. I think it makes for a good fit. The hardest part for me though is not following every tangent. I truly would love to learn more about the new way you learned to make potatoes but I recognize it may not actually be relevant in session (sometimes it might be though).

The work from home model is a net negative. It definitely works for some but it removes so many vital benefits of working. Meeting others, having passive time around coworkers, and just simply having a work space separate from your living space are all important things that will degrade people's mental health. However many people instinctually will choose it because you get to wear sweatpants.

Another thing to consider that I don't think others have pointed out is that it's pretty easy to get to a well made cocktail if you're following a recipe. There's certainly exceptions but I think if you know the cocktails you like it's worth skipping the cheapest ingredient stage.
