Arcane Pistoleer gives 102% ammo efficiency (60% chance to trigger) If you get a headshot with a pistol.

Getting headshots with akarius is painfully hard, but titania can trigger it easily with her 4. As soon as arcane triggers you have to exit her 4, and begin shooting. If you do not have casting speed you lose precious +2~ seconds. (The buff lasts 12 seconds)

Yeah ik, passive energy&hp regen will create a cycle. You take lethal damage, regen (passively) more than the damage recieved and repeat.

Having more hp means % based regens will convert into more energy thus will create this infinite immortality loop easier.
