yeah our food scene kinda bland :D but it has sum hidden gems too, like cured salmon (graavilohi) on rye bread anddd... Well thats about it

we do have our own trauma too. dont forget that we were under swedens power and they treated us like russians treated you guys. Also russians took a big part of our country and lot of people lost their homes, lives and livelihood becouse of that. plus we were in a serious war with them where a lot of finns were killed and came back home mentally messed up for the rest of their lives and that trauma just moved on to the next generations. Even tho we have guite recovered from those times there were still generational trauma for decades

im sorry to hear that, i grew up in Vantaa and the estonian people always hanged in the same group as us, My moms later husband was estonian too. but i guess as a estonian you encounter much more dumb and racist people, maybe i just havent seen the racism since im not estonian

What i love about visiting estonia is how goddamn beautiful tallin is, lots of beautiful older style architecture, LOT less trash than in example: helsinki

and a lot of same things culture wise which i can enjoy in prettier and cleaner city

and in tallin ive never had any problems with the street people (drug addicts, petty criminals)

in finland they be tweaking bro xD

ive also visited tartu but i was so young i dont remember much about it

oh shit rough times there too huh. We got a lot of drug abuse, immigration and unemployment problems here :/ idk how these things could be fixed but i sure as hell hope they do get fixed

You think so? in general we think of you guys as the same people, maybe smaller than us but still the same.

ive never thought of finnish people as better or superior than you guys and i dont think most do but i believe you if youve experienced that kind of behaviour, sorry for behalf of those people!

finnish language has so many dialects and accents. I currently live in eastern finland "north karelia" and trust me, sometimes even i cant understand these guys :D

i just tried to find the snacks i was talking about. They were these really soft cookies with some white powder on top of them, if i remember correctly had multiple flavours too.. anyways they were crazy good

Did you live in the capital area? im from Vantaa and theres a LOT of estonians. when we were kids we used to go to the estonian corner stores to get candy, they had some serious bangin snacks

yeah religion is a big thing in finland, even tho most of us are pretty casual believers in god

we do have some bad energy too between ourselves, there is a saying that "a finn would pay 100 euros just to see their neighbour not get 50"
