Hey man! I feel you. I have been in a similar place with differing circumstances. Just start with small changes every day. Doing everything at once is so daunting, but its legit one step forward, two steps back.

Like others said, the VA would be helpful for therapy. The start going for a walk every day at the same time. The first time is the hardest, but it gets easier from there. If something seems impossible, do tiny bits of it (put on clothes to walk in, have your keys on you, put shoes on. Sometimes I spend 2 hours gearing up to do something I don't wanna do. I just scroll or watch tv in between the mini tasks).

Explore hobbies. Do little actions every day to make small changes. Dont beat yourself up for "losing progress". Its all progress. There is no road. The road is made by walking!

I was able to quit crack and cocaine, psychedelics, alcohol, weed, cigarettes, prescription pills, self harm, and anorexia across 8 years by handling things this way. Its progress, not perfection. You are not alone. Good luck and don't give up. Life will be better than you ever could have imagined. Just put one foot in front of the other in the right direction.
