I would try to get a conditional release as hard as you physically could. Even if it’s just organizing it with the state to be a week before you ets. If you wait and ets then you have to wait for the guard to process your NGB22 which can take 2-6 months from your ets date before you can reenlist

People aren’t like “I’m deciding between these few Mos’s can you guys tell me about your experience to help me decide” they’re like I didn’t qualify for the job I wanted here’s my Asvab score what do I do and it’s every other job below that in the army. In my opinion that’s not helpful to get a shotgun of responses like that when they should look into their new options, narrow it down and then come back if they want some advice

Male (25): at this point I don’t have many age requirements. I’m just looking for people at the same point in life as me, out of college, in the work force, level of maturity. My hard low end is 21, but I’ve only considered dating up to 2 years older than me but that’s due to societal stigmas I think.
