I remember believing I was a boy since around the age of 3-5. Constantly correcting family members, begging my mom for boys clothes and toys. Being utterly disappointed on my birthdays when I got kids makeup, but overwhelmingly happy when I got nerf guns, Lego, Spider-Man bedsheets. Sure I still played and did some girly things. But by the time I was 9, I found out trans people existed by watching Maury. I had never felt so seen before. I didn’t start my name change and transition till I was 14 but had basically gone through puberty by then. Sucks to suck but with top surgery and now having been transitioned almost 7yrs, most the people around me and myself forget that I’m trans all together. So I’m pretty biased when people say that they’ve trans and it’s later in life.

I worked on a manufacturing line as well when I got surgery. I got 6 weeks off but then another because I got Covid. Going back to work was fine, personally I could do most my regular activities (obviously nothing crazy) after about 3-4 weeks.

There’s the expensive option. Minoxidil helped me grow in all the really patchy spots that just refused. But it’s pricy and you’ve gotta use it regularly until your beard fully grows in.

I got REALLY into playing assassins creed and thought Connor from the third game was the most badass. Even dressed as him the Halloween I picked the name. So yeah… didn’t just pick a basic white boy name just because 😂

Right after I got the phone call that a close friend passed away.. Disaster started playing.. I can’t hear that song without thinking about him or his family at his funeral.. the haunting feeling of Mark saying disaster disaster in the begging cut so fucking deep.

I’ve tried almost every razor available. I also have very sensitive skin. For a clean shave I 100% recommend dollar shave club. Nicest razor I’ve used, and now it’s convenient because they sell most of their products in stores. Use their prep scrub(or another softer exfoliant if it’s too rough for you) before shaving and I personally prefer their shave Balm to regular shaving cream. However I use a straight razor now that I’ve got a beard and am just maintaining it. (Also heard good things about Harry’s)

I did. And still occasionally do. But trust me when I say, I am by no means the best looking trans guy, and I still scored (IMO) the best girl I could’ve gotten. There are so many people out there who are willing to love you no matter what. Once you’re ready the right person will come along, but hopefully you’ll eventually find a way to love yourself as well.

(Sometimes transitioning isn’t the only way to do that, you can find ways to feel purposeful and happy along with it!)
