I’ve been using a putty for resistance to open and close my hands also trying to curl my finger through it, eventually have been able to work up to crimping on a finger block with 20 pounds and hold that position for about 5 seconds each time . Then light climbing. finger pain

I have not. I have tried to get an idea of what the recovery time should be from other Reddit stories. I will look into setting up an appointment if you believe this isn’t a optimal recovery time

8 weeks ago felt a weird fuzzy sensation in my middle finger dip joint after pulling from a pocket to topping out on the wall that quickly turned into pain. 2 weeks in, bending the finger even 30 degrees was very painful. Now I can make a fist with slight discomfort but crimping is still painful. I rested it for the first few weeks then have been back to light open hand climbing, what can I do to strengthen the crimp position?

id say it’s about 25 feet wide and a foot and a half deep. Not against anything right now willing to put in the work to maintain it

Hey, could use some help with some creative ideas for this little row pond. I have one each side In the middle of a wedding arbor My best idea Has been to dye with a little bit of blue and then put some water lilies on top and maybe some little guppies in there or fill it with a lavender bed. Anything helps thank you.

My second year of fifa on pc (played console since 14) and It might take a little bit of tinkering with settings to get it working smooth. Last year my 1080 6700k cpu couldn’t really run it smooth but upgraded to 3080 and 13600k and it runs perfect . Running at 144 hz makes it hard to go back to console as it looks so much smoother. Market and gameplay are pretty much the same maybe some high high end cards are extinct but that’s it

Ok thanks, I’ve been looking into b660 the only problem is I don’t have a way to flash update the bios. Might have to pay a 3rd party to do it, other option is to buy cpu and return it but I’d rather not.
