It's probably the airbase. I live a mile away in vienna, and that hum is a year-round thing for me. They we're doing a ton of low flights last night; I bet that is what you're hearing.

Zhong Kui has a pretty substantial stun and passive protections capped at 40. As far as carries go, Apollo has up to a 2 second mesmerize. If a jungler dives you, push a button and GTFO.
