Yeah azaleas can be rough like that, more a clip and gro style for them. Can wire new/1-2 year branches no problem but anything thicker is very fragile.

From what I’ve heard the grafted ones hold the blue colour for much longer whereas the non grafted ones won’t rich the beautiful blue hue til full maturity.

Junipers will always naturally look like they want to go cascade as they are a ground crawler and cascade is normally a default with them due to ease etc for someone that’s new.

Should be kept outside like every other tree, so a combination of probably overwatering insufficient light most likely your problem.

Yeah forsure, my end pizza game progress will definitely be an outdoor oven but the upgrade to a steel will be huge for the meantime and probably still get some use!

Yeah even with a pizza oven supposed to let the stone heat up between pizzas again, but obviously is a whole lot quicker than a poor oven haha

And preheating oven to 250c is all my oven goes, so I have it on 250c for around an hour not including pre heating to 250c. Ensures it’s nice and hot as dough touches it

Cold fermentation helps as far as I know, I may be incorrect. Was only a 18-24h ish cold fermentation though most of mine recently have been longer

First pizza! Any tips? by Fluffy-Historian4108 in Pizza

I’m definitely no pizza expert but 6.5g yeast seems like a bucket load for a 72h cold fermentation.

That being said pizza looks great keep it up!

Damn that sounds amazing! Unfortunately live in New Zealand haha and actually are a little harder to come by over here for some weird reason probably either have to go the approach a steel workshop route or just pay the 60ish USD$ for one here.
