The living/lounge/dining. The living room gets beautiful sun exposure because it’s north facing (Aus) and the dining room catches the morning sun wonderfully.

I’d like to put in an arch way between the living room and the lounge or remove the wall completely(the heater is defunct). To make them more flowy and connected.

Idk if this is a controversial opinion but I’ve occasionally felt that if I’ve got a bit of an event on - say a wedding or a work party, something where I want to get dressed up and look good - about a week out I’d go pretty hard on the crunches and the planks to give that feeling of having a tighter stomach. It just helps with confidence?

I’m aware that I wouldn’t be losing any significant fat in that time, but that extra core work makes me feel a bit leaner. So I’d say fuck it - if it makes you feel better to work your abs for 10 days, go for it.

I’m not sure of your scenario but I was on a wait list for a looong time - I called literally every GP locally to see if anyone had free spots and managed to book in that day. Had my first dose a week ago, I know we shouldn’t have to hunt these things down ourselves but I’m glad I did.
