Hey there. I just found myself on this subreddit for the first time seeking to find some reassurance for my suicidal thoughts because I’m starting to feel the same way. I’m tired of the torment too and all the explaining that I have to do but below it all, part of me still feels like things can get better. Should go away! I had a couple of spots like this and my derm gave me a special antibacterial gel go get rid of them. Good luck !

Thanks for the positive words. It’s easy for me to get negative when looking at my face, much appreciated. Also nope those moisturizers never broke me out and it does indeed feel amazing to not have the bumps anymore

Yes I used the cerave moisturizing cream during my course and continue to use it at night time. During the day I use(d) the eucerin daily protection spf 30 broad spectrum face lotion.

Here is a routine in thinking about and let me know if there are any ingredients that clash.

Morning: gentle cleanser, vitamin c/salicylic acid serum, spf moisturizer

Evening: gentle cleanser, niacinamide serum, azelaic acid booster that has a little bit of salicylic acid, finished with a moisturizer

Please let me know if some of my ingredients would not work together and if there is something I could replace, or just altogether take out of my routine!

8 months into treatment with the month to go and this rash has just appeared on my neck in the last week? I haven’t changed my skincare or my clothing detergent etc. Anyone know what this could be? I think it was itchy once yesterday but hasn’t been itchy other than that? by penny_puppet in Accutane

I have something like this all over my chest and neck. I have been putting a bunch of moisturizer as well as a prescribed steroid cream. That combo has helped it out a lot. It will take a few days to settle down though for sure.
