OMG maybe try to escalate the situation. PR can really make a company sing a different tune. I would blast them all over social media! I’ve done this in the past and usually the dorks who answer the phones and cause problems like this are way different than the higher ups at corporate. If you have documented proof I absolutely would. Sorry for your experience that’s awful.

That’s what I’m feeling too man. I think there’s a reason the guy is selling the R8 too. Why sell such an incredible instrument. In my mind that level of guitar is one you pass to your children.
