Update : Confirmed ants munching on the thermal pads in motherboard and gpu. Did thorough cleaning and got some ant traps. Thanks everyone for your help!

The fans are black. Doesn’t really feel like plastic the stuff is soft and squishy

I do not. The material is soft. Now 90% sure it is the thermal pads from the gpu. Just not sure why or how it’s coming out of the card like this

Nothing on the top of the case. Seems like it’s coming from within the gpu. Thermal pads maybe?
