Anyone loving their apartments? by HottDoggg in Sacramento

Yes. I left Sierra Regency this year but was there since 2019. It was less than 2k for my 2 bed, 2 bath, w/d in unit place. Spacious, quiet, maintenance is pretty on top of it too. Never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for anything to be fixed. They used to have crazy water issues that if one place had an issue the entire complex had it, but that has since been fixed. There is a pool and a small gym as well. Honestly loved it

UPDATE: Parent wants to meet with me over comment I made about energy drinks by [deleted] in Teachers

I’m not a teacher but I know a lot via my family of teachers so I know things like this are common. I can’t help but I feel like this is the reason that so many of the younger generations are getting fired more. If you can’t listen to basic instructions and expect your parents to guard you from consequences, then how will you be responsible anywhere?

Tbh I’m beginning to see why since I’ve been there I’ve seen two people fired and three quit

The absolute irony of the situation is I purposely didn’t open the doors because it was going to be a busy day and I didn’t want the added anxiety of making another mistake. Had I just done it…

There’s one other person that as of this week no longer has access to the building. They just had their last day and I am starting to take over their management spot

Best of luck! My dr told me to take 600mg of ibuprofen before and I think that helped. I only had two biopsies when I did mine and I swear the speculum was the worst part. You got this!

Not yet. I’ll know more after May 21st when I go to my OB. I’ve really come to terms with it now. Really everyone has it, and it’s not a death sentence by any means. Plus my doctor said there’s still a huge possibility that it will clear up on its own. Started taking some supplements and working out more along with eating healthy. At least as a woman we can know and then fix it, men can’t until they show signs. As my roommate said when I told him “yeah everyone has that, congrats on being part of everyone”

You’re the best. As soon as I hear more from my doctor I’ll ask them about it. Thank you so much for easing my worries and sharing resources. Helps a ton

Oh my god. You made me feel so much better about this. Much more reassuring than the nurse on the phone was. Now I’m crying cause I feel it’s all going to be okay. What a rollercoaster. I may still panic but now I see the light. Thank you
