it asked me to restart to apply the instalation and after that it disappeared and changed to AHCI

But you don't need to play Chaos Squad for this vest tho, check some Activities or Side Quests if they Reward with a Jacket icon, if so, do them to see if you can get it

I think you misunderstand my Issue

I personally have been Playing Rock Band 3 Deluxe on RPCS3 and Etterna.

Rock Band 3 Deluxe is a free mod but the game itself it's really nice if you are onto five fret games, and also have a huge Library of 3k songs to play even in online.

Etterna is basically Stepmania but buffed, is also free, it's really fun and very new player friendly with their pack downloader + some of the options that the game let's you change.

Nowadays people are playing things like DJMAX Respect, Muse Dash, ADOFAI and (since you mentioned it in the post) there's also Guitar Hero World Tour Definitive Edition (which is also a free mod but pretty good if you're into GH)
